Testimonials

Testimonials for property clearing work are highly personal. Many of my clients don’t want the public to know that their home “had” negative activity, especially if they are currently in the process of selling their home, sold their home, or they currently live in their home. However, I do have clients that are more than willing to share their positive experience. Situations/Case Studies Elgin, IL To the right here is a picture taken of a room from an historic 1875 home in Elgin, Illinois in which the owner was restoring the home. I was there to assist with some repair work. While I was in the basement...the owner of the home had told me he had felt the house was “haunted”. There was no mistake that I was there that day to help with repairs…I quickly turned around and said to him…”well I can help you with that.”
Why he felt he could tell me that his house was haunted, I’m not sure. But for some reason he must have felt comfortable telling me. It was also no mistake that day that I happen to have my digital camera on me, which I carry when I assist with repairs for a business friend, so I can take pictures of the finished repair work. I’m not a service repairwoman and I don’t normally do repair type work, but that day; my friend needed someone to help because his regularly scheduled service technician had cancelled at the last minute. So he asked for my help and I said I would do it. The white stream on the upper right hand corner of the picture is a negative portal and was not visible when I shot the picture of the room. I was extremely surprised to get this picture. The picture is still in my camera today, as proof that it was not digitally re-touched in any way. The important thing to know here is that dark and negative energy is attracted to clutter, garbage and dirty areas in and around properties. This room and the home altogether...had plenty of clutter, as well as the negative energy that I speak of.
Whiting, ME In March of 2008, a realtor from the Chicagoland area had asked me to clear a property for a family member’s home in Maine that was for sale. I had told the realtor that the home before the property clearing, was 97% toxic and that 3 families had lived in this home before the current owners. The negative earth bound spirit/ghost that was in this home was a previous owner of the home and occupying the home for 31 years (and not in a positive way). After the clearing, the realtor sent me this email; Hey Catherine, "I talked with them the other day. They are the 4th owners, but the first owner only owned the house for about 6 months and even people around the area forgot about him. The house was built in 1977 so the age is consistent with the length of time the ghost was there. She also confirmed that they knew of a ghost on the property. Thought you might like to know. Thanks"
St. Charles, IL I cleared a home that was built in the early 20th century, which was at the time, being completely rehabbed. I was asked to look at the property by a realtor in that area. When I first entered the home in February 2008, I just wanted to get out of there. What I found was that the home was indeed highly toxic (98%) and that it had been built on a burial ground that dated back from the 1600’s. I uncovered that the burial ground was for 22 people and it was not native Americans that were buried there, but it was (a type of) pioneer family or group, settlers or explorers. I also uncovered that one of the later occupants of the home, a female, had committed suicide in the home in the 1970’s. I cleared the property, but I also used the Tybro Entity Attachment Removal CD, by Mitchell Gibson (found here on my website under Helpful Tools) within the property, in addition to using a Slim Spurling Environmental Harmonizer™ to clear the property. Later I asked the realtor who was selling the property what he thought and he confirmed that he felt an immediate positive and uplifting difference in the home. He felt better about being in the home. In addition, finishing up the rehab of the property went smoothly and was completed in a shorter period of time than originally anticipated.
