How To Order A Property or Situational Clearing
Fees
Property Clearing: $197.00
Situational Clearing: $150.00
Property & Situational Clearing (Combined): $300.00
The Property Clearing and/or Situational Clearing includes a detailed profile report of what was found in and around the property and/or situation, the history and elements affecting the property and/or situation, the clearing of the property/situation, and a 1 hour phone, or in-person (if local) consultation to discuss the findings and answer any questions you may have.
- Payment must be made prior to the Clearing. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard & Discover) and checks, are accepted.
- If paying by credit card call 630-913-3333 to have your credit card charged.
- Next, email (preferred method) or mail the following information;
- Your name, address & phone number
- Your email address
- Full address of the property to be cleared
- Photograph of the property to be cleared (digital image .jpg or .gif of the property is best.)

You will be contacted upon receipt of your payment. Then, the property will be profiled and cleared, and you will be contacted within 1-2 weeks to schedule your consultation.
Please note: The profiling and clearing session is done privately, away from the property and then a report and reading is provided to the person requesting the property clearing. The report and reading is conducted over the phone, or if local, the reading can be done in person.
