What is Property Clearing?
Property clearing means to "clear" a space, place or property energetically. It is very real and powerful. Depending on how toxic the property is….the effects of a clearing can be “felt” immediately.
Our world consists of things we can not see. A house, building or structure, and the land it was built on, compiles and absorbs human emotion and energy. Most homes, buildings and property, have some level of toxicity that is unhealthy for human habitation. The majority of people have no idea, just what is around them energetically…being aware is more important than many people realize. Negative energy (and most homes have some level of toxicity) can and will affect people on multiple levels. It is what is unseen to the naked eye that is important.
It does not matter whether your home is old or new, large or small, whether you are a homeowner or a renter…a property clearing will automatically make the place where you live, your home, “feel” better. Even brand new homes can be toxic due to the land on which the home was built. It is always best to have it checked out. Brand new homes can be built on sacred or battlegrounds, in some cases this information is un-recorded or not list in historical records. Not all human incidents have a written record.
Conscious and/or unconscious energy does exist and comes from people who have lived, worked and visited the home and property. It also comes from “situations” that have taken place within and on that property, and also from things such as electrical and ley lines.
Powerful unseen forces within your home and on the property can be recently introduced, or it can be hundred and even thousands of years old, originating from the home’s previous occupants, native peoples, pioneers, explorers, almost any type of human interaction.
Negative or unhappy “situations” also play a role in the toxicity of your home or property. Destructive thoughts, arguments, trauma, illness, divorce, death, suicide or murder, will hold negative energy in that space until it is released and reassigned with the positive energy of Love, Light and Truth.
Property clearing is not just limited to a home. A clearing can be done for a workplace of any kind, a barn where animals live, a public building, restaurants and bars. A property clearing will be a benefit to any type of home, building, structure, business or land.
Clearing a property is a healing….and wonderful gift to you and to all those living, working and entering the property.
Does the clearing practitioner have to be at the property in order to clear it?
No, it is not necessary for the practitioner to first visit the property in order to clear it. The actual “clearing” of the property is always conducted away from the property site in a safe, protected environment for the practitioner. However, under certain circumstances, there are times when it may be of benefit to visit the property. If you feel your property is one of these instances, please call for specific details and it may be possible for arrangements to be made for a visit to the property.
